John has more than twenty years of experience in financial planning, analysis and accounting within various industries as well as private and public companies . Prior to joining Forum in 2005, John had various financial roles at Epsilon Data Management and Ernst & Young. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northeastern University as well as an accounting certificate from Bentley University.
Since joining AchieveForum, Ivana has played such roles as client project leader, service delivery manager, and global Resource Network manager. Earlier in her career, she worked for 5 years in a global learning organization, specializing in vendor-neutral technology accreditations. In this role, Ivana oversaw sales and operational efficiency, and developed a global partner program. Ivana has partnered with large multinational clients in such industries as hospitality, financial services, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.
As a millennial, Ivana believes the keys to success are continuous learning for self-improvement, openness to new opportunities, and effective communication. Her strengths include quickly adapting to change and thinking strategically while maintaining focus on details.
Ivana earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and Communications from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia. Originally from Canada, Ivana now lives in Singapore with her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys taking brisk walks, interesting dining experiences, travelling to new destinations, and coaching young professionals—especially those just entering the corporate world.
As a facilitator and coach, Michael works with organizations to create points of differentiation for their clients and also leverages his extensive experience in learning and development to help professionals achieve success. Specializing in developing skills and people in corporations, he has worked extensively with small, mid-sized, and large firms to implement business solutions that increase organizational effectiveness.
Michael launched his career as a trainer in 1986, working for British Telecom as an internal management development consultant. Moving to Australia 5 years later, he went on to play significant roles in the areas of sales, training delivery, and training team management. Since 1998, Michael has worked independently, partnering with a broad range of training companies on sales, service, and leadership implementations for frontline teams, supervisors/team leaders, and leadership teams at all organizational levels.
Leveraging his extensive leadership skills and highly effective management of resources, Mark collaborates with clients and his high-performing North American sales team to provide high-level road maps for successful organizational development initiatives.
Bringing a strong track record of delivering results in large-scale global implementations, Mark is an innovative thought leader who creates next-generation learning solutions that help businesses around the world achieve their goals in the area of leadership development.
Prior to joining AchieveForum, Mark played a variety of roles for AchieveGlobal for more than 15 years, in the areas of sales, sales leadership, and strategic initiatives. He was also responsible for shaping AchieveGlobal’s leadership development direction and supporting evolving customer and market needs.
Having lived and worked around the world, Mark gained wide-ranging experience in international sales and marketing. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Master’s degree in Marketing from Northumbria University in England.
Simon is charged with leading AchieveForum’s efforts to redefine the experience of learning in organizations as well as the experience of those supporting the learning. He is driven by a commitment to quality relationships that are valued by all parties, an aesthetic of delight, a journey of meaning and discovery, evidence-based change, and a realism about the difficulty of change.
Before moving to the United States and joining AchieveForum, Simon trained telecommunication engineers around the world for Lucent Technologies. He currently serves on the executive committee of the Relational Thinking Network in Geneva and on the board of trustees of Park Street School in Boston.
As one of Simon’s colleagues once quoted from a Dilbert comic strip, “We thought we’d hired a genius. But it turned out to be an ordinary guy faking a British accent.” Still, Simon has kept it up at AchieveForum for nearly 15 years, playing roles in managing partner relationships and learning technology design and application.
Ellen is a results-oriented executive who brings extensive line management experience and talent and leadership development expertise to organizations seeking to engage and mobilize their people to execute strategy and deliver business results. An experienced executive coach, insightful consultant, and creative learning designer with a solid track record of delivering results, she has worked with clients in such industries as professional services, financial services, high tech, health care, insurance, and consumer goods. Ellen earned a B.A. from Williams College in Massachusetts, an M.B.A. from Stanford University, and a coaching certification from the NeuroLeadership Group.
Ken creates dynamic learning experiences for leaders at all levels with his lively approach to facilitation, design, and coaching. Leveraging his extensive experience with neuroscience and theater, he develops new pathways for leaders that lead to learning retention, transfer of new skills to the job, and improved business results. In addition, Ken often serves as a master facilitator, enhancing performance in classroom and virtual instructor-led facilitation.
Ken’s industry experience spans the financial services, professional services, pharmaceuticals, travel, and consumer products sectors.
Frank Dulson is an award-winning global executive who brings more than 16 years of deep global experience. He has a proven track record of success, working with Fortune 500 companies in a wide set of industry sectors, with a focus on leadership development, organizational change, and talent management, linked to business KPIs. Frank also has a keen strategic vision and continuously seeks to meet and exceed client needs.
Before joining AchieveForum, Frank spent more than 16 years with Impact International working both in Asia and EMEA, on key global accounts. He also led the global team that won the Brandon Hall Excellence Awards in 2016 for Best Unique or Innovative Leadership Development Program for a major organization-wide change program aimed at a target audience of 18,000.
Frank holds both a degree and masters in architecture from the Manchester School of Architecture with experience working on complex multimillion dollar projects always delivered on time and on budget in Europe and Asia.
In his current role as Managing Director for EMEA, Frank is responsible for developing the business and people inline with global strategy. In his spare time, Frank enjoys cycling and water-color painting.
Andrew Calvert is Managing Director for Asia Pacific and leads a diverse team from China, Japan and Korea to the north to Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands to the south.
He has over twenty years of strategic change management experience in diverse functional areas such as customer service, manufacturing operations, sales force management and learning and development spanning Greater China, Singapore and USA. This practical business background helps clients accelerate execution of business strategies and deliver results-oriented programs. His global experience gives him unique insights into developing performance improvement programs for new product launches, creativity, and innovation, as well as regional measurement and employee engagement initiatives.
Andrew has led the research efforts for several of our product launches within the region, detailing the variations in employee expectations, behaviors and results across APAC.
As an accomplished public speaker, Andrew has a unique ability to engage and connect with his audience through story-telling, humor and thought provoking insights. Andrew is particularly passionate about understanding and fostering leadership “bench depth” within organizations and believes that diversity is critical to success.
Prior to living in Singapore Andrew was General Manager at RR Donnelley Financial in Palo Alto, California and a Strategic Change Manager in Chicago, Illinois. Never take him to karaoke.
A sales leader with more than 20 years’ experience in the leadership development field, Dave has worked with sales professionals at every stage of career development with an emphasis on mentoring and coaching new account executives.
At AchieveForum, Dave leads the WIN team, a group of sales professionals dedicated to acquiring new clients. Currently the team is enthusiastically introducing clients to the AchieveForum Alliance—helping leaders to succeed in every situation.
Many great leaders have helped to shape Dave’s understanding of leadership—particularly D. J. DePree (founder of Herman Miller).
Dave earned a Master’s degree in Theology from Western Theological Seminary in Michigan and a B.A. in Humanities (with a minor in Philosophy) from Hope College (also in Michigan).
Across Scott’s career, he has provided guidance to C-level executives at top global companies on issues including leadership development, HR & digital strategy, employee engagement, change management, finance, risk management, advocacy, corporate strategy, social media, and growth planning.
Before joining AchieveForum Scott was CEO of Info-Tech Research Group and McLean & Co. in Ontario, Canada. Prior to that, Scott was President of nsight2day, a company he founded in 2011 to help organizations better protect and engage customers, employees, and students through innovative technologies. From 1999 to 2011, Scott was General Manager and Executive Committee member at the Corporate Executive Board. He was also an attorney at Sidley Austin and an Instructor at the University of Virginia.
Scott is a Chairman of the Board of Directors for The Goyen Foundation. He has a B.A. (Public Policy) from Centre College as well as an M.A. (Economics), J.D. (Law), and Ph.D. (Economics) from the University of Virginia.
Courtney leads Marketing for AchieveForum. She is passionate about brand building and energized by the possibilities of digital media.
Prior to joining AchieveForum in 2017, Courtney served as Communications lead for Novozymes Bioenergy, managing product branding and launches, digital strategy, and trade shows. With an extensive background in the agriculture and biotechnology sectors, she has partnered with such key players as Bayer Crop Science, BASF, Butterball, and House-Autry Mills to design and implement their communication strategies. Courtney began her career in advertising and public relations agencies where she counseled clients through crisis communications, entering the digital space, and engaging meaningfully with consumers and the media.
Courtney earned a B.A. in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.S. in Extension Education from North Carolina State University. It’s always a good day to be a Tar Heel!
Kim specializes in helping organizations create a human-centered workplace designed for innovation, creativity, and success. In addition to transformative training and educational programs, she is passionate about the generational shift that is influencing significant transformation in the workplace today. Kim has worked with organizations to analyze succession planning as baby boomers make their exit and the next generations take over leadership roles.
Kim earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Systems Transformation and Leadership from Saybrook University in California, with a dissertation titled “Millennial Leadership Experiences and Development Needs for Manufacturing 4.0.” She is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and a member of such industry organizations as the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and the Association for Humanistic Psychology (AHP). A contributor to NPR and Integral Leadership Review, Kim serves on the board of the Pacific Northwest Organizational Development Network (PNODN).
