Russ Becker

CEO

Russ brings more than two decades of deep global experience and a proven track record of success working with Fortune 1000 companies in numerous areas, including leadership development, organizational development, talent management & assessment, employee selection and learning. He also brings a proven capability of business transformation, coupled with a strong business acumen and strategic vision.

 

Before joining AchieveForum, Russ spent more than 13 years with Kenexa in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility and seniority, including Managing Partner of Assessment & Testing and Executive Vice President of Global Sales — a position he continued to hold after Kenexa was acquired by IBM.

 

Russ holds both a BA in psychology and political science, as well as an MBA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Shail Chotai

Head of Global Delivery & Operations

Shail brings nearly 20 years of global experience and success as a strategist, visionary, change agent and operating leader. Since joining AchieveForum, Shail has worked hard to improve overall service quality, achieve greater scale and consistency through operational excellence and enhance end-to-end process implementation.

 

Before joining AchieveForum, Shail held a variety of management positions with Fidelity Investments. As the company’s Vice President of Data Resource Management & Architecture, he was responsible for the implementation of best-in-class data capabilities across the Corporate Technology functions, including business/IT data governance, architecture, operational processes, product roadmaps, success measures and metrics. Prior to that, he managed Fidelty’s Corporate HR Product Management, where he oversaw the strategy and development of enterprise HR products such as payroll, compensation, talent and succession planning.

 

Shail was a Founding Member and Director of Technology at InsightShare LLC, a start-up focused on differentiated eLearning and workplace collaboration solutions. He also spent a brief period of time with Forum, where he was Product Manager of Online Learning Technologies.

 

Shail earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E) in Computer Science from Princeton University and was recognized as a Fereydoon Soudavar Memorial Scholar.

Tom Rose, Ph.D.

Head of Global Innovation and Client Solutions

Tom Rose, Ph.D., is a psychologist with more than 25 years of experience in leadership and consultant roles in consumer products, financial services and pharmaceuticals. He led human resource, talent management, talent planning, compensation and metrics at Reebok and Sun Life Financial, where he was awarded the Sun Life CEO award for his work on the firm’s global succession management system. Tom has also served as Chief Human Resources officer and Vice President of Human Capital Development at Syracuse University, and he’s been on the faculty of high potential programs at such organization as Dunn and Bradstreet, Exxon, Mobile, GE Capital and Merrill Lynch.

 

As a designer and facilitator of sales and leadership development programs at Situation Management Systems (SMS), Tom provided management and leadership development help to organizations that included Pfizer, Wyeth Ayerst, GlaxoSmithKline and Proctor & Gamble. He also managed the open enrollment business at SMS and oversaw its consulting network.

 

Tom received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He also earned his Master of Science and Ph.D. degrees from DePaul University. He has completed pre-doctoral internships in clinical psychology at Hines-Loyola Medical Center and in industrial-organizational psychology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He’s a trained executive coach and is certified in assessment tools that include Hogan, Watson-Glaser, the DiSC, 16PF, California Psychological Inventory and the Lominger 360.

Aaron Coury

Head of Global Marketing

Aaron Coury is Head of Global Marketing for AchieveForum, with responsibility for worldwide branding and marketing. Aaron and the marketing team collaborate with colleagues, partners, and customers to share our story through a variety of methods and experiences. Aaron’s passion is helping people thrive and organizations grow.

 

Prior to joining AchieveForum, Aaron held a variety of sales, marketing, and leadership roles at Euromonitor International and CEB, Inc. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from American University’s Kogod School of Business. Aaron lives in the New York City area with his wife Kaya and son Ayotomi. Go Giants!

John Schizas

Head of Global Finance and Business Analysis

John has more than twenty years of experience in financial planning, analysis and accounting within various industries as well as private and public companies . Prior to joining Forum in 2005, John had various financial roles at Epsilon Data Management and Ernst & Young. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northeastern University as well as an accounting certificate from Bentley University.

Mike Wirth

Managing Director - North America

As the Managing Director of North America, Mike leads an organization of individuals dedicated to helping clients create impactful and lasting change yielding measurable leadership improvement.  As a leader, Mike is wired with a “work for you” mindset, proud of the talent, experience and expertise his team brings to global clients and complex engagements.  The team delivers significant value to the customers they serve, eliciting high levels of customer satisfaction generating lifelong customers of AchieveForum.

 

With a career steeped in studying and improving human capital performance, Mike previously led the Global Talent Assessment & Analytics practice for the AchieveForum parent organization. For parts of three decades, he has served as a consultant, sales leader and corporate executive in companies large and small, helping organizations better understand and improve the performance of their people.  These experiences have given him a healthy perspective as partner and practitioner, understanding both the theory of talent and the reality of what it takes to make impactful behavior change take hold.  With expertise in helping organization maximize their human capital, Mike serves as a trusted consultant to many clients around the globe.

 

Outside of his professional efforts, Mike has made a lifetime commitment to coaching youth athletics.  Now in his third decade of youth coaching, he is passionate about helping young people learn life lessons through the sports they engage in.  Mike lives in the Kansas City area with his wife Sarah and their two sons, Miles and Emmett.  They all cheer for the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Andrew Calvert

Managing Director - Asia Pacific

Andrew Calvert is Managing Director for Asia Pacific and leads a diverse team from China, Japan and Korea to the north to Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands to the south.

 

He has over twenty years of strategic change management experience in diverse functional areas such as customer service, manufacturing operations, sales force management and learning and development spanning Greater China, Singapore and USA. This practical business background helps clients accelerate execution of business strategies and deliver results-oriented programs. His global experience gives him unique insights into developing performance improvement programs for new product launches, creativity, and innovation, as well as regional measurement and employee engagement initiatives.

 

Andrew has led the research efforts for several of our product launches within the region, detailing the variations in employee expectations, behaviors and results across APAC.

 

As an accomplished public speaker, Andrew has a unique ability to engage and connect with his audience through story-telling, humor and thought provoking insights. Andrew is particularly passionate about understanding and fostering leadership “bench depth” within organizations and believes that diversity is critical to success.

 

Prior to living in Singapore Andrew was General Manager at RR Donnelley Financial in Palo Alto, California and a Strategic Change Manager in Chicago, Illinois. Never take him to karaoke.
